CheckImage Central
The CheckImage Collaborative, initiated by the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO) and the Retail Payments Office (RPO) of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is comprised of representatives of trade and financial organizations from across the country. The group was formed in early 2005 to identify and share information on check image clearing that will help financial institutions understand and successfully implement image exchange. It is believed the industry as a whole can benefit by collaborating to develop information and provide education on check image exchange.
ECCHO - Electronic Check Clearing House Organization
ECCHO is a not-for-profit, mutual benefit, national clearinghouse that is 100 percent owned by its member institutions. ECCHO's primary activities can be divided among three functions: 1) rules development and maintenance, 2) industry education and 3) industry advocacy.
