About Courtney: Courtney Bethea has been with the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Service for 2 years.   He has served as the Deputy Project Manager for TCIS (Treasury Check Information System), Project Manager for software build for the Courtesy Desk, and now serve as the Exceptions and Customer Relationship Analyst for Post Payment System (PPS).

He also is an active Reservist in the United States Military and teaches at the Collegiate Level at Wilmington University.  He currently specializes in the Requirements gathering for the PPS Application and is working with agencies and Financial Institutions for the PPS implementation.

Courtney holds the following certifications:  Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)
